Studio Policies during Covid-19 restrictions

We are updating some of our studio policies during this time. It is our hope that most of the changes will only be temporary. All normal studio policies will still in place on top of the following changes. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out via email.

  • All staff members and clients must follow the New York State rules and guidelines.

  • Until further notice, all appointments must be held with a credit card and paid online, unless you have a membership, gift certificate or package. If you are going to pay cash please bring the exact amount as we will not have change.

  • The covid-19 screening questions are required the day of your appointment.

  • Any Sanctuary Massage Staff member will turn away a client that has a fever or is showing signs or symptoms of covid-19.

  • If you have had a positive diagnosis of covid-19, you need your doctors permission to receive massage therapy.

  • The cancellation policy of 24 hours still stands. Please note that as always, we will wave the cancellation fee if you are ill and cannot make it. This will be extended should a member of your household become ill as well.

  • Any expired gift certificates or packages, may absolutely be extended. Please contact reception for a new expiration date and to schedule your appointment.

  • Online booking is now available again. Click the Book Now button at the top of the screen. If you would like to book a massage, change, or cancel an appointment please contact us via phone 518-952-1161 or via email

  • Some services may not be available at this time. Facials, face and scalp massage will not be offered at this time.

  • Aromatherapy will be limited.
