What we need from you

In order for Sanctuary Massage to open legally and safely there are many things that we need to have in place. Some of these things are just temporarily measures and some may be permanent measures. As always our #1 priority is to keep each of you and our staff as safe as possible, and we need your help to do this.
Please read over the following and reach out if you have any questions. Many of the following is mandated by the state.
Please be patient with us while we navigate through new rules of operation. Things can change quickly, and we promise we are doing the very best we can to operate safely, by the rules, and to accommodate you.
Online Booking is currently paused so that we can control scheduling better and avoid unnecessary cancellations. We will let you know when it is available again. Until then, please contact the studio via phone or email to book or change your appointments.
There will be an online form related to Covid-19 you must fill out and send it the morning of your appointment. If you have any questions or trouble with the form, a member of staff can contact you and ask the questions over the phone.
If you, someone in your home, or someone you work closely with everyday is feeling ill or is experiencing the following symptoms, please call us asap to reschedule your appointment at least two weeks out
*Shortness of breath
*any other symptom related to covid-19 or other illness
If you have actually had a covid-19 diagnosis, please clear massage with your doctor first.
At the time of your appointment:
When you arrive for your appointment please wait in your car until the exact time of your appointment. Our doors will be shut and locked prior. For example: if your appointment is for 2 pm, the studio doors will not open until 2 pm.
Please have your mask on when you arrive. *if you cannot wear a mask due to medical reasons please indicate that on the form you fill out prior to your arrival. You do not need to explain your condition.
Please bring your own water or beverage with you. We are happy refill, but will not be offering cups at this time.
You will be greeted with hand sanitizer upon arrival and asked to head directly into your massage space assigned for your service that day.
You will always be welcome to use our restroom, however if you live close by we do ask you to use the restroom before leaving for your appointment.
Please do not bring anyone to the studio with you, they must wait in your vehicle during your service
Please only bring the things you absolutely need inside with you.
At this time we are requiring all appointments to be paid with a credit card, package, or membership. If you need to pay cash, please notify us prior to your appointment and have exact cash on hand as we will not being making change.
